Mr Noor Ashraf Khan
CEO
- With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Khan leads Damac with a strong foundation in both hospitality and real estate.
- Prior to joining Damac, Mr. Khan honed his leadership skills in the hospitality industry, working as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai.
- In 1993, he transitioned his expertise to real estate, establishing a successful track record through ventures like Sweet Home Real Estate Agents and Pluto Realtors & Investments Pvt. Ltd.
- Mr. Khan's dedication and hard work have resulted in Damac acquiring over 20 Crores of Rupees in assets and achieving successful project completions in Borivali and surrounding areas.
- He is passionate about exceeding client expectations and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process.
Ms Shifa Shaikh
FOUNDER
- Ms Shifa Shaikh has completed her Masters in Commerce alongside a Bachelors Degree in Education.
- She is the youngest professor in Anjuman College with an experience of 5 years
- She has an extensive experience of the real estate industry with a hands-on experience of 4 years.
- She looks over all of the company’s ongoings and responsibility assignments.

- Ms Zeenat Khan has an extensive experience in the real estate industry, she has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. Some of them are:

> Chedda Group (1 Year)
> Alpine Primo (2 Years) - She has also worked as a Sales Manager in India Today for 3 years and JustDial for 2 years.
- Her 3 years at Oriflame as a Network and Digital Marketing Associate also helped her hone her interpersonal skills
- She boasts an extensive 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.

- Ms Rahin Shaikh is the Director and Team Manager of Damac Advisor
- Customer Relationship Management also comes under her wing.
- She also handles, manages and operates all the leads that come in
- She is also the Sourcing Head of the Company
- She has a respectable 8 years of experience in the Real Estate Sector.
